Information we collect

Depending on the service you use, we may collect contact and account details; professional experience, skills, qualifications, availability and CVs; firm requirements, budgets and timelines; written call notes, messages, actions and feedback; and technical sign-in and security records.

Information may come from you, your firm, authorised recruiters or specialists and service providers. Please share only relevant information and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal details in CVs, forms or call notes.

Why we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, manage access, arrange introductions, deliver agreed services, coordinate recruitment and projects, maintain records and protect the platform. Submitting information does not by itself authorise unrelated marketing, resale of identifiable information or AI model training.

Processing must have a basis permitted by the applicable law. Where consent is relied on, you can withdraw it by contacting us; this does not undo earlier lawful processing.

Updates and marketing

Where permitted by applicable law, we may occasionally contact you about relevant opportunities, Hyring services, events and market insights. Where consent is required, we will obtain it. You can opt out of marketing at any time by contacting letsgo@hyring.ai or using an unsubscribe option where provided. Opting out does not prevent necessary communications about services you are using.

Who can see information

Access depends on a person’s role and involvement in the work. Relevant information may be available to authorised Hyring staff, firm representatives and assigned recruiters or specialists. Necessary service providers may process information on our behalf, and disclosure may be required by law. Supplying someone’s details does not automatically grant an account or access to firm records.

Calls, requirements and feedback

Written records capture the problem, requirements, responsibilities and next steps. The initial discussion with Hyring and the specialist intake are separate, linked records. Written call capture does not mean audio recording. Any future recording or transcription needs its own explanation and appropriate legal basis.

Feedback should relate to the work and include relevant evidence. Avoid unrelated personal comments.

Market insights and research

Hyring is developing grouped reports about demand for recruitment and human-capital services. Current reporting is for internal review. Before any external report is offered, the permitted use of its sources and the risk of identifying people or confidential firm activity must be assessed. Removing names or grouping records alone does not guarantee anonymity.

Additional uses will be explained, with separate consent where required.

Storage, security and retention

Access controls and audit records help protect information in the connected platform. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain relevant professional and business relationships, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the information, its purpose, the relationship and any applicable requests or restrictions. Information no longer needed is deleted or genuinely anonymised.

The final notice must identify the actual hosting and processing arrangements, international-transfer safeguards, retention periods or criteria, and backup handling before personal-data launch.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact letsgo@hyring.ai. Identity verification may be needed, and legal exceptions may apply.

For processing governed by DIFC data-protection law, information about complaints is available from the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection. The final review must confirm any other applicable regimes.

Website preferences and sign-in

The public website supplied by Hyring does not include advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your light or dark display preference in your browser, and keeps enquiry form entries in the browser tab until you send or prepare them or close the tab. Neither is used to track you across websites.

When the connected portals are enabled, essential cookies support secure sign-in and account registration. These are separate from advertising or analytics tracking.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when services or information practices change, with notification or further consent where required.
