For job seekers

What kind of work are you looking for?

Start online or in the Hyring app. Tell us about your skills, experience and preferred roles.

A job seeker smiles as she reads an update on her phone in a Dubai café.

What to include in your profile

Add your work experience, relevant skills, preferred roles, location and availability. Keep these details current so recruiters can understand what you are looking for.

A useful profile is specific

  • Your role area, skills and examples of work you have done.
  • The kinds of roles you want and the responsibilities you are ready for.
  • Your preferred locations, working pattern and availability.
  • A current way to contact you and any information-sharing preferences.

Explain the experience your job title does not describe

Instead of “finance professional”, explain the work: “Financial controller with IFRS reporting experience in financial services, seeking roles in Abu Dhabi.” Include languages when relevant to the work.

If you are changing careers, describe transferable skills and evidence. You do not need to exaggerate your experience to make it useful.

Choose the relevant registration option

Choose job seeker when starting online or registering in the app. After you register, you receive an automatic confirmation email and Hyring reviews your details. Your profile is only put forward to an employer for a specific role, and only with your agreement. The online form does not yet create an app account. Contact Hyring if you need help choosing the relevant option.

Who can find your profile

Employers can’t search for you. Only Hyring and approved specialist recruiters can find your profile, and only if you’ve agreed to be found. You’re put forward to an employer only for a specific role, and only with your agreement.

Understand sharing before you share

Ask who can access your profile and how to change or remove it. Check the actual privacy and visibility settings before relying on them. Do not assume a setting can guarantee your employer will never learn that you are exploring opportunities.

Manage your profile in the app. Do not email identity documents or sensitive personal information when asking for app support.

Common questions

Does joining guarantee a job?

No. A relevant profile can support a recruitment conversation, but opportunities depend on hiring demand and decisions by you and the employer.

What should I ask a recruiter?

Ask about the role, requirements, assessment process, who will receive your information and when you should expect the next update.

I offer recruitment or HR services. Is this the form for me?

Register as a specialist to offer client services, or as a job seeker to be considered for employment roles.
