Delete your Hyring account

This page applies to accounts created in the Hyring AI mobile app (App Store and Google Play, package ai.hyring.app) and on Hyring web services.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address registered to your account:

Email letsgo@hyring.ai: subject “Delete my Hyring account”

We delete your account and data within 7 days of your request, and email you to confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile and login, CV and uploaded documents, job preferences and matches, messages, and app activity.

What may be retained

Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoicing and audit records under UAE law) are retained for the statutory period and then removed. Retained records are not used for any other purpose. Other records we keep, for example completed placements, are anonymised so they no longer identify you.

Partial deletion

You can also request deletion of specific data only (for example your CV) without closing the account. Say so in your email.
