Deletion

At Hyring AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to permanently delete your Hyring account and all associated data — including your profile, activity history, and any stored documents — you can submit a deletion request by emailing our support team directly.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, your profile will be removed from our platform and you will no longer be able to access any matches, messages, or history associated with your account. If you have an active subscription, please ensure it has been cancelled before requesting deletion.

Email us from the address associated with your Hyring account. Include your full name and the email address used to register. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

What happens when you delete your account

Your profile is permanently removed. Your name, photo, skills, and all professional information will be deleted from our platform and will no longer be visible to any companies or other users.

Your data is erased. All personal data associated with your account — including match history, messages, and uploaded documents — will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request being approved.

Certain data may be retained. We may be required to retain limited data for legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes. Where this applies, we will inform you at the time of your request.

Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored. If you wish to use Hyring AI in the future, you will need to create a new account.
