Embedded recruiters

Recruitment capacity that flexes with demand.

An elastic supply of recruiters who work within your team. Increase capacity when hiring rises and scale back when demand changes.

What clients say

When I joined CPX, one of the priorities was building and strengthening our Talent Acquisition capability. Nick played an instrumental role in making that successful, supporting us in hiring more than 70 employees within just nine months.

Embedded does not mean permanent

The recruiter works within your team’s agreed processes for a defined period. You set priorities together and agree working time, system access and reporting. Employment and contracting arrangements are confirmed separately.

Choose how you work with us

Fractional: an agreed share of specialist expertise and capacity, with responsibility for defined work. Project: a defined piece of work. Embedded: a specialist working within your team.

Recruitment can also use an agreed success fee. We help you choose, then confirm the work and fees.

When embedding can help

  • A new contract or business expansion creates a temporary increase in recruitment work.
  • Your team needs experience in a specialist role family or market.
  • You need cover while recruiting for your own permanent team.
  • A hiring programme needs a named person to coordinate delivery.

Agree how the person will work

Set the days or hours available, location, responsibilities, hiring priorities and reporting schedule. Explain which internal meetings matter and how hiring managers will give feedback.

The specialist needs approved access to your systems. Using an existing applicant tracking system is different from connecting it automatically to Hyring; any integration needs a separate scope.

Plan the start and the handover

  1. Define the need.

Confirm volume, sector experience, deadlines and budget with Hyring.

  2. Meet a relevant specialist.

Discuss delivery experience and confirm current capacity.

  3. Confirm the working plan.

Agree requirements, access, delivery targets and response owners with the specialist.

  4. Review and hand over.

Track progress and agree what is transferred, retained or deleted when the work ends.

Compare on realistic capacity

Paying for time does not create unlimited hiring capacity. Role difficulty, assessment work and your team’s responsiveness affect delivery. Agree priorities if demand grows beyond the original plan.

Common questions

Can the recruiter work remotely?

Discuss onsite, hybrid or remote working during scoping. Confirm the specialist can meet the agreed pattern and any access or work requirements.

Can we extend or end the engagement?

Use the notice, extension and cancellation terms in the agreement. Confirm any changes to capacity, fees and handover in writing.
