Employee experience
One app for every employee question.
One app on every employee's phone, in your brand. The features depend on your systems, so Hyring defines your goals and what is possible, then builds from there. The aim: easy access to information, requests tracked in the app instead of email, and less administration for your HR team.

Example screen. Your first release depends on your systems.
What it could hold for your people
Every firm starts from a different place. You approve what the first release holds, based on what your systems can support.
- One app: a single place for announcements, onboarding information and everyday work questions, in English and Arabic.
- Current policies: the handbook and procedures as they stand today. This is possible in almost every firm.
- Requests and letters: employees raise and track salary certificates, employment letters and HR requests in the app. This is straightforward to deliver, and these are among the most common routine HR requests.
- Internal mobility: your employees see your open roles first, with a clear way to apply, so good people can progress inside the firm.
- Leave: the balance and the request in one place, if your leave records can connect.
- Pay: payslips on the phone the day you issue them. This is the hardest piece, because it depends on your payroll system and how it shares data. We treat it as a later goal, not a first release.
What your HR team gets back
Employees could answer most of the questions in an HR inbox alone if they could see the information: the policy wording, the status of a letter, the open roles, the leave balance. Each piece the app takes on removes those routine requests, gives one consistent answer and keeps a record. How much the app takes on depends on what we can connect. We tell you this in the first conversation.
How we deliver it
- Discovery: what your employees ask, what systems you run, and what matters most to your firm.
- Systems check first: we establish what your payroll, HR and leave systems can share today. You get a plain written answer: what the app can do now, what needs work, and what is not realistic yet.
- Clean up: we reconcile and version your policies and correct employee data, so the content in the app is right from the first day.
- Connect: the app works with the systems you already run, in the order the systems check shows is achievable. It does not replace them.
- Pilot, then rollout: we start with one group of employees, collect feedback, launch in English and Arabic, measure what employees use and name the owners.
Why deliver it with Hyring
This is an HR engagement before it is a software engagement. Hyring brings HR and payroll practitioners who know what UAE and GCC employees ask for, salary certificates among them. They tell you what is achievable with your systems before anyone designs a screen. When the engagement needs more people, fractional HR support and transformation run on the same marketplace, and the HR chatbot answers the questions that apply to everyone.
Questions about the Employee Super App
Does it replace our HR or payroll system?
No. It works with the systems you already run and gives employees one place to see and request what is theirs. If a system is missing or failing, we tell you and help you choose a replacement.
What if our systems cannot connect yet?
The first release then starts with what is possible in almost every firm: policies, requests and letters, announcements and internal roles. Leave and pay follow as your systems allow. The systems check tells you what that would take.
Is it secure?
Each employee signs in. The app shows personal data only to the person it belongs to. You approve data location and retention in writing before we connect anything.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The app works in English and Arabic.
What does it cost?
We confirm scope and price in writing after the systems check, based on headcount and the systems involved. Tell us about your firm.
Give your people one app for every HR question.
Tell us your headcount and the systems you run today. The systems check will show what the first release could hold.
