Where every brief stands
Each open brief with its current stage, how long it has been there, the specialist working it and what happens next. No guessing whether a search has stalled.
client portal
The Hyring client portal is where organisations track live briefs, review validated shortlists, approve milestones and see what they are spending. It comes with the work at no cost, it runs in a browser on any device, and there is no per-seat licence for adding your hiring managers. It is not something we sell you.
Access opens automatically when your first brief goes live. screenshots to be added once the build is final
what is inside
The portal exists to remove the status-chasing email. If you find yourself writing "any update?", something has gone wrong with the design.
Each open brief with its current stage, how long it has been there, the specialist working it and what happens next. No guessing whether a search has stalled.
The two or three specialists matched to your brief, each with verified history, ratings from previous Hyring assignments, and a written note on why they were selected.
For every live engagement, exactly how much of the agreed time has been consumed and what remains. The number that tells you whether a budget conversation is coming.
Specialists submit milestones, you approve them, and payment releases against your approval. Nothing is invoiced that you have not signed off first.
Committed, spent and remaining across every engagement, with invoices and supporting documentation attached. Exportable for your finance team.
Rate and salary benchmark data for your sectors and markets, drawn from real platform activity rather than a survey. Useful before you set a budget, not after.
the deliberate split
This is a design decision rather than a gap in the roadmap, and it is worth being explicit about which side needs what.
Post briefs, review shortlists, approve milestones, pay and export reporting entirely in a browser. A buyer evaluating a supplier at eleven at night will not install an app first, and they should not have to.
Includes your hiring managers and finance team, at no extra costHuman capital specialists receive matched briefs, manage live assignments, submit milestones and get paid through the Hyring app. Job seekers use it to hold a profile and control visibility to recruiters.
Free to download on iOS and Android links to addwhite label
The portal, the brief workflow, the matching and the milestone payments can be white-labelled as your own talent portal or job board. Built for corporates, government entities and industry bodies that want their own front door without building the infrastructure underneath it.
Candidates and hiring managers see your organisation throughout, not ours.
The workflow that already runs live engagements, rather than a build project with a delivery risk attached.
Run it against Hyring's vetted bench, your own approved supplier list, or both.
portal questions
No. The Hyring client portal runs entirely in a web browser on any device, and companies never need to download anything at any stage. The Hyring mobile app is required for human capital specialists and job seekers, because it is the working tool for taking briefs, managing assignments and holding a candidate profile, but it is deliberately kept off the buyer's path.
Access opens automatically when your first brief goes live. There is no separate sign-up, no sales demo, and no charge. Post a brief and you will have an account.
The portal is not a product we sell. It is how the work is delivered, so it comes with the work. The paid product is white label: your own branded careers site and job board on this architecture, running under your name rather than ours. Where a client buys that, the portal is part of it rather than an extra line.
Yes, at no additional cost. There is no per-seat licence. Hiring managers can review shortlists and give feedback, and finance can see spend, approvals and invoices. Adding the people who actually make the decisions is the point of the thing.
The specialist submits a completed milestone with any agreed evidence. It appears in your portal for approval. Once you approve it, payment is released to the specialist against that approval. Nothing is invoiced that you have not signed off, which means no surprise invoices at the end of a search and no specialist chasing you for payment.
Rate and salary benchmark information for the sectors and markets you hire in, drawn from real activity on the platform rather than from a survey. Because every assignment runs through Hyring, the data reflects what specialists are actually being engaged at, and what roles are actually being filled for, in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the wider GCC.
Yes. Spend, engagement and outcome data can be exported for your own finance and workforce reporting. If you need a specific format or a regular reporting cut for a board or a regulator, tell us and we will work to it rather than making you rebuild it by hand.
Yes. Brief and engagement information is visible only to your organisation's users and the specialists engaged on your work, all of whom have signed Hyring's confidentiality and data handling terms. Confidential searches can run without naming your organisation to anyone who has not accepted the mandate. Your entity-specific non-disclosure agreement can sit on top of our terms.
