"We stopped paying for presence and started paying for output. Same quality of hire, at a completely different cost base."
case studies
What we delivered.
Not what the client was aiming for.
Every number on this page is what Hyring actually produced, stated separately from the client's original target. Where a figure needs client permission before it can be published, it is not here yet rather than represented by a symbol. If you want a reference conversation with a client, ask and we will arrange one where they have agreed.
case study one · technology group, abu dhabi
A cybersecurity division hiring at volume, with agency fees to reduce.
The situation
A leading global technology group was building out its cybersecurity division in Abu Dhabi. The hiring requirement ran to several hundred specialist roles across a twelve-month horizon. Agency fees on that volume were running into the millions and the internal talent team did not have the specialist depth or the headcount to absorb the programme.
What Hyring did
Four dedicated freelance recruiters were deployed over six months, working inside the client's team on their systems and under their employer brand. Each was matched for verified delivery in cybersecurity and adjacent infrastructure hiring, and two worked onsite in Abu Dhabi.
The outcome
More than 100 hires were completed during the engagement. Cost per hire fell substantially against the agency baseline the client had been running. The engagement continues on a flexible, as-needed basis rather than a fixed contract.

The client's own target for the wider programme was larger than the figure above. We publish what we delivered inside the engagement rather than the programme target, because those are different numbers.
case study two · proptech scale-up, uae
Newly funded, scaling fast, no permanent Head of Talent.
The situation
A UAE PropTech had just closed a funding round and needed to scale the team quickly. Hiring a permanent Head of Talent would have consumed a meaningful share of the raise, taken months to complete, and committed the company to a fixed salary through a period when the hiring plan could change.
What Hyring did
A senior freelance recruiter was embedded from day one, matched for experience hiring at exactly this stage. Beyond filling roles, the engagement covered building a twelve-month talent plan the founders could run against after the specialist rolled off.
The outcome
Five key hires were made and a twelve-month talent plan was built, with no permanent talent acquisition headcount added and no percentage-of-salary agency fees paid on any of the hires.

A useful comparison: five hires through an agency at 25 percent on typical senior UAE salaries would have cost well into six figures in fees alone.
what these have in common
Two very different companies, the same structural fix.
Capability they could not buy sensibly
One needed specialist depth at volume. The other needed seniority without a salary. Neither was well served by the choice between an agency percentage and a permanent hire.
Pay for time, not for salary share
Both engaged specialists on day rates inside their own teams. The cost did not multiply with each hire, and neither company carried headcount through a quiet period.
The capability outlasted the engagement
Process, pipeline and market knowledge stayed inside the business. That is the part an agency fee never buys, because the agency keeps it.
in their words
Client and specialist testimonials.
These slots are live and waiting on attribution. We would rather show an honest placeholder than publish an unattributed quote.
"The specialist Hyring matched us with knew our market better than we did. Hiring started that week, not next quarter."
"We had always hired through people we knew. Hyring gave us a way to hire properly without building an HR department to do it."
"I built the client relationship, I did the search, I closed the hire, and the agency kept most of the fee. On Hyring I keep it, and the briefs still come to me."
"Three clients, three days a week, no business development grind. Hyring brings me the mandates that actually match what I do."
"ER work is feast or famine as an independent. Being on a vetted bench means the difficult quarters find me, instead of me chasing them."
questions about our proof
Frequently asked
Why are the client names not published?
Because we do not publish a client's name without their written permission, and several of our engagements are with entities where hiring activity is itself commercially or operationally sensitive. Sector, location, model and outcome are published because those are what tell you whether the case is relevant to you. If you want a named reference, ask us and we will arrange a conversation with a client who has agreed to it.
Why do you not publish a cost saving figure?
Because a saving figure is meaningless without the baseline it is measured against, and that baseline is the client's confidential commercial data. Publishing "millions saved" without stating what it is measured against is a number a buyer cannot interrogate, so we have left it out until we have client sign-off on both the figure and the baseline.
Did Hyring deliver the client's full hiring target?
On the Abu Dhabi cybersecurity engagement, the client's programme target was larger than the number Hyring delivered inside the engagement. We completed more than 100 hires with four embedded recruiters over six months, and the engagement continues. We publish what we delivered rather than the programme target, because presenting a client's ambition as our result is exactly the kind of claim that should make a buyer distrust every other number on the page.
Can I speak to a reference client?
Yes, where the client has agreed to act as a reference. Tell us your sector and the model you are considering and we will connect you with the closest relevant match. We will not put you in touch with a client who has not consented, and we will tell you if we do not have a reference that genuinely fits your situation.
Do you have case studies outside the UAE?
Our published proof is UAE-based because that is where our deepest delivery has been. We place specialists into and out of more than 50 countries, but we would rather show you two engagements we can stand behind in detail than a map with pins in it. verify: confirm which international engagements can be published
